Bitten by the Alpha by Annabelle Jacobs was a wonderful addition to Regent’s Pack Park series. Alpha Cam, in charge of a joined pack, had been alone in love since widowed. Surrounded by his betas and pack, Cam has learned to suppress his feelings for fear of betraying his dead wife.

Beta Gareth has been in love with Cam for a long time and started to feel the mate pull. Gareth wanted to be with Cam regardless of the complications.

I adored both Cam and Gareth, especially their inner strength and commitment to the pack. Both men, once they allowed their feelings to come to the surface, plunged head first into their newly mated lives. The secondary characters added depth and enhanced the story- old friends and new ones. The twists and turns Ms. Jacobs delivered kept me interested and yearning for more. The world building was well done and I’m enjoying reading the series.
